I had given up on my highlights and have been struggling to get something that grows out naturally. Couple months ago I seen this stranger on the subway with most beautiful blonde hair. I had the urge to ask her where she gets her hair done. She mentioned Verb Salon and stylist Maya. I am so happy to have my hair done by Maya. She is super honest and works with real approach. It was worth all the weeks wait! Its been over a month I got my hair done and its just looking better and better. I cant thank her enough. I am so happy the way its growing out. Also the salon was super clean and strict with their covid protocols. I had my temperature checked and the gentleman open and closed the doors for all the clients so you don't have to touch the
handle. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful.

Best hair salon I have ever been too.Verb salon did the magic I showed them some pictures and we had a consultation, then my hair was transformed! Maya did my colour and michelle did the cut and all the staff are wonderful. They truly care about their clients and helping them achieve their hair goals. Highly-competent staff for both cuts and colour, as well as makeup and Wax. I usually see Maya for cut/colour , but I should add that I have never had a bad experience at Verb, and I have been a customer of the company since Dec 2017. I sometimes book last-minute appointments (when Maya is not available) and have seen a wide range of stylists and colourists from junior to senior, and they are consistently excellent, offering a professional service and approach.

This place is gorgeous from the inside, and is always clean and well maintained. I usually see Maya, she is a maestro! One of the only people i will trust with highlights and major colour change, she colours my hair in such a beautiful way. Her colour always grows out so nice. My last colour was done earlier January and i was so grateful to have an appointment finally after lockdown. I wont go anywhere but here, the money is always well spent!

I am absolutely impressed what the hairdresser did to my hair. The transformation of the look, feel, and texture of it is just unbelievable and incredible couple of people started looking at me shocked probably when walking around public areas in Mississauga and Toronto, even my friends and colleagues complimented. I came in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and no expectations of getting one. After the friendly guy at the front talked to the manager they fit me in on the spot ! Michelle was amazing ! She totally respected that I was trying to grow out my fine , wavy , hair . She did exactly what I asked for . I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her again .

Discovered this salon recently after going to Civello's for many, many years. Verb also carries Aveda products! It's been a VERY positive experience. Timm, particularly, is wonderful for both colour (best I have had!) and haircut/styling. Also, they have online booking capabilities which is super convenient.

My experience at Verb Salon was great. Everyone was professional and very friendly. My stylist was Daniella. She did an amazing job. I just wanted my split ends gone and she did no more or less from what i ask for. She listened to her customer, not like other salons that i been at, where they just do whatever they want. This place was recommended by my friend and just like her, im big on free animal cruelty products. Verb Salon, from what i know, all their products are cruelty free. Which is great. I will for sure go back to visit this place so they can add some colour to my boring black hair. and p.s the receptionist was very cute and helpful!!
